Enjoy a classic New England tradition during the 13th Annual Downtown Milford Lamplight Stroll on December 5 and 6. Holiday-themed activities will take place from 5 to 9pm on Friday, and again from 4 to 9pm on Saturday. This is a family-friendly event presented by the Downtown Milford Business Association and sponsored by Star 99.9.

Downtown Milford’s shops, spas and salons will greet visitors with refreshments, holiday cheer and holiday shopping opportunities. Attendees will enjoy free horse and carriage rides, Christmas holiday carolers, the Christian Cornerstone Choir and the Senior Center Chorale Group, Christmas Spirit of Milford Ghost Walks, Santa’s arrival via train, holiday singalongs, performances by the Creative Movement Dance Company, face painting with Jammie the Gentle Clown and more.

A lucky shopper will win a holiday gift basket - worth hundreds of dollars - filled with gift certificates, goodies, surprises and treats from downtown businesses. Beginning Thanksgiving weekend, visitors can pick up a Passport to Savings at any participating Lamplight Stroll shop or business. They can be stamped anytime from December 5 to 13. Those collecting stamps from all participating businesses by December 13 will be eligible to enter a drawing to win the holiday basket.
