Food Evolution is rolling out their new whole food, plant-based fall menus for lunch and dinner. There are now separate lunch and dinner menus, a new dessert menu, and a kid-approved new children’s menu. The restaurant’s ingredients are 100 percent plant-based, supportive of people, animals, and the environment.

“We use whole foods, whole grains, no GMO foods, and an increasing amount of organic produce and grains” says owner Elizabeth Berney. “Some highlights of our new menu include the Pumpkin Cassoulet (recipe listed on page 45), Savory Vegetable Pot Pie, General Tso’s Seitan, Asian Chopped Organic Kale Salad and Buffalo
Cauliflower Wings.”

New desserts include Pumpkin Creme Brûlée, Oven Roasted Banana Rum Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousse and Key Lime Pie. Fall specialty cocktails like Apple Cider Margarita are also being offered throughout the season.
