Maria C. Castillo, LCSW is a clinical social worker and trained hypnotherapist with over 25 years of experience. One of the ways in which she assists individuals is by integrating hypnosis into her therapy practice to help them connect with their Higher Self or “soul mind”. 

“When used in combination with "talk therapy", you can find your own answers by accessing your inner wisdom,“ explains Castillo. “Listening to, and finding the direction you should take is much more empowering than being told what to do.”

Castillo is now offering this technique in a group setting in her latest workshop, "Connecting With Your Higher Self". The workshop is designed to be experiential and each participant will learn how to tune in to his or her true self. 

Castillo was trained and certified in Past Life Regression therapy by Brian Weiss, MD, author of Many Lives, Many Masters, and she was also trained and certified in Life Between Lives therapy by the Newton Institute and Michael Newton, PhD, author of Journey of Souls. She offers sessions in both of these therapies.
