Finding Divinity through Sacred Doors
More than a wellness center, Sacred Doors in Norwalk has been described as a modern ashram to all beliefs and traditions that uphold the sacredness of life. It is a place where those seeking their highest self can find sanctuary during life’s journey. Among its many offerings are meditation, breathwork, Reiki, pranic healing, detoxification, nutrition, acupuncture, chiropractic, and Kundalini Yoga. Anyone who is interested can participate in an array of programs led by a team of highly experienced Master level practitioners: enlightened masters, psychologists, indigenous tradition shamans and others. March classes include organic cooking and healthy food shopping. Tuesday Meditations with John Mercede and Thursday Free Community Meditations (“Breathing Wealth”) occur weekly. Beginning this spring, the schedule will also include “Mother and Child” classes for children aged five to eight and a parent. This active hands-on program is based on the wisdom from the indigenous traditions and the knowledge that every thing and person is sacred.
Additionally, all are invited to come meet the Sacred Doors team, which includes: Maa Prem Jothie Samadhi (Sandra E. Angulo), Sacred Doors founder and teacher; John Mercede, teacher and ReConnective Therapy specialist; Susan Freeland, light and frequency therapist; Dr. Fred Richards, chiropractor and NET specialist; Dr. Linda Randazzo, acupuncturist and chiropractor; Lisa Sherwood, Kundalini Yoga instructor; and Jennifer Pendry, specialist in creation of simple and functional environments for healthy living.
Sacred Doors is located at 2 Park Street in Norwalk, CT. For information, or to RSVP for any classes, call 203.727.8685, 203.209.4325, or visit SacredDoors.net.
