Dr. Leesa Sklover, PhD, LPC has moved back to Fairfield County and brings a rich array of healing modalities and experiences to her counseling practice. Her new office is located at 2324 Post Road in Fairfield at Integrated Health Center. On Wednesday, September 12 she will host an Open House and lecture on ‘Creativity and Inner Peace’ from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

            Dr. Sklover has a 20 year practice in many areas of health and wellness. She is devoted to her counseling work and says it is enhanced by her passions and experience as an integrative and creative healer, composer-professional singer, music therapist, Kundalini yoga teacher, wellness expert-lecturer, playwright, author, and special project director for the Cetacean Society International (whales-dolphins). Her work in eco-spiritual adventures brings extraordinary experiences of mind, body spirit, and earth together. The next trip is the Blue Whale / Kundalini Yoga / Dreamsculpting Adventure planned for February 2012, and registration is now open for those interested.

           Among the types of integrated therapies Dr. Sklover specializes in, are Kundalini Yoga therapy, Music Therapy, Mindfulness meditation, relationship/lifestyle coaching, hypnotherapy, habit cessation, dream/goal, and imagery-inner journeying -- all part of her Blue Pearl Concierge Wellness program. Also offered is OptiSelf counseling for adults, couples and families.

          On September 9 from 4-7 p.m., Dr. Sklover will facilitate a women’s wellness group called ‘Circle of the Third Way’ that will focus on community, world healing, and inspiration, held on second Sundays of the month.
