This new workshop, taking place on Saturday, October 17 and Saturday, October 24, will be led by Maria C. Castillo, LCSW. She will draw upon the wisdom of many spiritual teachers and techniques to guide participants in connecting with the Higher Self—their eternal Soul, which Maria defines as “a spark of the light of the Source.” Participants will discuss and experience mindfulness, meditation, self-hypnosis, positive thinking, and past lives. The experiential techniques offered will enable group members to continue the inner journey to discovering the characteristics of their Souls, leading to clarification about their purpose and mission.

 Maria is a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist with over 22 years experience, practicing in Trumbull. She offers Past Life Regression, Life Between Lives Regression, Reiki, and traditional psychotherapy with a spiritual approach. Maria believes “We are here to love, to learn, and be happy. Let your inner wisdom guide you.”
