The first annual Greenwich Associates for Well Being (GAFWB) Women's Wellness Expo—a truly heart-centered event—takes place on Saturday, November 7 in the heart of Greenwich, at the beautiful YWCA. Treat yourself to a day of wellness, relaxation and spirit with the devotional chanting of the Ma Kirtan group, brilliant speakers, amazing holistic practitioners and excellent green vendors. The day’s continuous speakers include Ingrid Bacci, PhD, CST, with the Keynote Address, "The Path to Total Healing from Chronic Pain." The Emotional Freedom Technique, Intuitive Healing and Integrative Medicine will be offered, along with wonderful practitioners offering energy work. Vendors will be selling products to help protect you from environmental toxicity, including protective cell phone chips, nutritional supplements, green cleaning products and many more aides to creating your healthiest life possible.
