“Going All the Way” Weekend Series for Couples
“Going All The Way” is an ongoing series of weekends for select couples who wish to open pathways to the enormous untapped potential in their relationships. Couples will use the crucible of their relationship to first explore their styles of interaction that prevent deep and satisfying connections, and then travel into uncharted new dimensions of radical intimacy. The intensive is based on the model of Exceptional Marriage Mentoring (EMM), “For Couples, By Couples,” developed by Brian and Marcia Gleason, both LCSWs. An experiential, energetic and expressive approach to couples work, EMM draws from Core Energetics, Transpersonal Psychology and Internal Family Systems. The Gleasons, along with three other mentor couples— Judy Gotlieb and Neal Brodsky, Marsha and Michael Antkies, and Barry and Liz Carl—have created this extended intensive from their own experiences in long-term relationships and their passion for helping couples grow together, discovering undefended love. Topics to be addressed include: Breaking Free of Inhibiting Patterns and Opening to Full Self Expression; Opening to “Big” Energies, Passion and Sexuality; Pleasure and Creativity, and the Exceptional Relationship.
The location of the first three weekends (February 13-14, May 1-2, and June 12-13) will be held in NYC. The last weekend (August 7-8) will take place in Ridgefield, CT. For more information contact Marcia Gleason at 845.592.2392, [email protected], or visit ExceptionalMarriage.com.
