Feel Better Sessions Support Daily Well-Being

Integrative Life Coach and Meditation Teacher Ingrida Perri, founder of Spirit In Training, LLC, is offering a new three-part Zoom series designed to support everyday well-being. The Feel Better Sessions provide guided practices and easy-to-use techniques to help participants rest better, feel steadier, and bring more light into their daily lives.
Each 75-minute session in the series focuses on a different theme and offers practical strategies that can be applied right away. Participants may attend one, two or all three sessions. Healing Night’s Sleep on June 23 introduces techniques to quiet the mind and body for deeper rest and increased energy. Calm Your Mind & Steady Your Day on June 30 features grounding practices to reduce stress and enhance focus. Finally, Spark More Joy on July 14 offers simple, intentional actions to uplift mood and foster a more positive daily mindset.
Ingrida Perri is a Duke Integrative Medicine-trained Health Coach with a Master’s in Experiential Health and Healing. With decades of experience in meditation and energy healing—and a deep respect for Internal Family Systems—she approaches each client as inherently whole and wise. Through her work with individuals and groups, she aims to make well-being practices simple, accessible and meaningful.
